General instruction

It is like no others as it contains two crucial substances-the epoxy and polyester in it. It has the advantage of both respective performance. As a result, the coating can be widely used in painting all kinds of indoor metal products, with its excellent decorative,protective,mechanical property and high inoxidizabilion.

Product series

It can provide high-gloss(≥86%),semi-gloss(85-11%),non-gloss(<10%). Adjustment is available according to customers’requirement.

Physical properties

Density: 1.4~1.7 (differ with colors and gloss )

Distribution of particle size:100% less than 100 micron(special adjustion is available)

Horizontal flow: 25 ~ 27 mm

Solidification condition

Standard type 180°C(work-piece temperature), 15 min
