General instruction
Made of hydroxyl-polyure thane,it has excellent leveling property,chemical resistance,accelerated weathering and resistance to petrol. It’s suitable for painting the surface of those metal which requires high chemical resistance, such as the car, the motorcycle, the accelerator and the farm machinery,etc.

It can provide high-gloss(>80%),semi-gloss(20-80%),non-gloss(<20%). Adjustment is possible according to customers’requirement..

conditions of storage
Indoor storage, below 35 â,airy,dry and clean. Keep it away from fire, heat,and direct sunlight. Pile up on the open air is not allowed.The term of validity is 12 month under the condition above. it can still be used under further examination, if the quality of the overdue powder coating is up to the standard.
Safty and security
Though this type of powder coating is non-toxic, breathing in the dust should be avoided.It is suggested that dust-proof masks or glasses should be worn. If possible, the long-term exposure with the powder coating should be avoided.
